The HF Experience is all about taking your ideas and crafting a completely custom floral design from the ground up. We’ll guide you through a simple process to create a one-of-a-kind floral concept for every aspect of your wedding. This service includes access to our full inventory of candles, pedestals, and arches. Signage is available as an additional service for those looking to add extra personalized touches. It’s the perfect fit for couples who have a full planning team in place and are looking for a unique design that will leave a lasting impression on you, your family, and your guests.

Fill out our contact form to get started, and we'll share some more information about working with us, while we check our availability for your wedding date.
We strive to get back to you within 48 hrs of inquiry.
Step 1:
We'll jump on a call to meet each other, discuss your floral ideas, and how we can help you make it happen. This is a 30 minute call to make sure we have all the details to create an unforgettable floral design.
Upon this call you will receive a proposal.
Step 2:
Review the proposal, sign the contract and submit a retainer Deposit to secure your date on our books.
We hold your wedding date for 7 days from the proposal sent, so if you want us to be apart of your event, then lock it in sooner than later.
Step 3:
We'll welcome you in the HF family! You'll receive your digital welcome packet so you know what to expect from us in the process leading up to your wedding day.
We are so excited to create magic with you!
Step 4:
I cannot recommend Haven Florals enough! Kristina is literally a dream to work with. She was very respectful of our budget and was able to make my floral dreams come true! I gave her a very vague theme, and changed my mind often, and she was able to create the most beautiful flowers for our wedding day. Not only is she amazing with flowers, but she is an amazing human. Working with reliable and kind vendors was so important to me because planning a wedding is so stressful. Kristina was always available, always willing to help me brainstorm, and always willing to change things up. I was so excited to meet her on my wedding day because I had so much fun working with her throughout the planning process.
